    @alex_matthews How are you going to burn all those that you are taking daily? You will be eating ten times daily, I mean, hope you have enough activities all day to even things out. Just my thought of it. No harm intended.

    I eat 5 meals every day and 2 shakes. In the morning I eat eggs, milk and vegetables, after that a protein shake, at 12 I eat soup and fish, another protein shake, at 4pm nuts and other seeds, at 6pm a stake and rice and after that cheese, fruits and other protein and vitamins rich foods.
    Sometimes you have to lose your mind before you come to your senses.

    I don't really have any eating "habits" to speak of. Most of the time I just eat whenever I feel like, typically 5-6 times per day.

    I usually eat three times a day plus some snack time depending on what kind of snacks I buy. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at work. I sometimes eat snacks three times day, which is about 6 meals a day including snacks.

    I eat once a day because I don't like to eat breakfast or dinner, so I just eat tea but I normally eat a bit at tea so it makes up for that xD plus I might snack during the day on the weekends.

    I usually eat one large meal daily. It's dinner. Breakfast is more like a snack like a bowl of cereal since I have get out the house and be on the subway already. I usually skip lunch since i prefer napping. It's a more refreshing experience. By the time I wake up, I am starving. Then I finally eat something. I also do my homework and go on the web during this time. On weekend, it depends. Usually two meals, breakfast and dinner. Sometimes three and possible one. Yeah, I don't take snacks because germs scare me

    When I'm lazy, it'll usually be three. When I'm working hard, I wake up, have breakfast, the lunch, then a snack after work, and then dinner, and possibly another snack before bed. If I do eat that much, I make sure and do some sort of exercise to burn off that food.

    I only eat once a day! I know that's bad, but I have very little appetite and I also have stomach problems that keep me from eating! You'd think because of this I'd be super thin, but I'm definitely not. I'm not sure why!

    well, I eat all breakfast, lunch and dinner (of course). but i'll always dig up some biscuits or little treats to eat when i'm kinda hungry! (that's why i'm getting fat!! )

    It usually was 3 meals, but nowadays it's only 2, i just skip breakfast because at that time i am sleeping so i go directly to lunch and then later dinner. And if i am hungry later i just eat something light, like some cookies.

    I make the time to eat every two hours. Keeps my energy levels running high and I don't get cranky that way.

    If I go long times without food I get crank and my concentration/ performance levels drop significantly.
