I don't really know how much I eat per day. Practically almost every few hours cause I'm either just bored or I feel like eating out of cravings.
Sometimes 2 and other times more than 3. It depends on the day really. If I was busy, there could be times that I only eat once.
I think it comes down to if you wanna build muscles, lose weight or have a healthy diet.
If you try googling there are some good nutritional guides.
But usually it good to go for 5 to 6 small meals per day rather than 3 heavy meals

As for my answer. At work, I eat 2-4 times a day. That includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner and snack at the office or midnight snack while watching animes. Sometimes I don't eat dinner anymore and just sleep already after going home for work or play a bit of playstation 3 first before going to sleep. At weekends, I eat 3-4 times a day.
You should never skip breakfast. Thats really very important.
