    Default How Many Times Do You Eat A Day?

    I just want to know how many times people eat a day, a normal person usually eats 3 times a day not including the snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    I only eat twice a day because I always miss breakfast, it's either because I'm in a hurry or asleep!

    I also always miss breakfast because I'm always in a hurry in the mornings, so I guess I only have 2 meals, lunch and dinner, although I usually make up for it by having a big snack before I go to bed.

    I try to eat every 2 hours, I think I lost about 5 kg this way in a couple of months It sure isn't all healthy but if you eat small portions often, it's better for your body

    I eat 3 times a day, sometimes I snack by eating a tasty fruit, like for example pear, pineapple or grapes I love fruits that are loaded with sugar. They help me to feel energized and fresh during the day. But I try not to eat them too often, maximum once a day. I only drink juice during breakfast, because I'm trying to regulate my glucose levels naturally. My recommendation would be not to skip breakfast, at least not everyday!

    Two to three meals a day although there might be snacks sometimes. I want to try eating more times but with lesser portions and see if it might be better that way. We usually have rice every main meal but I want to try to not eat rice just because I'm bored of it these days.

    It depends on the day and the commitment I have...on days like Mondays when I have lots of tasks behind me as a company manager I tend to only eat twice a day or even once...on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays am a bit free and I can at least eat four times. On Fridays am quite busy arranging for the weekend progress so I typically eat once or twice. On weekends am back at home and I usually eat as many times as I can usually more than 8.

    I usually eat twice a day. I will have some fruit in the morning to give me energy and then I will eat a huge feast for dinner after work. I will sometimes have additional snacks if I am working out a lot.

    I eat 3 times a day, my breakfast is extremely light... I start my day by drinking a glass of cactus juice, this juice has a really nasty texture tho, but I drink it just to control my sugar levels Some hours after that I have lunch, then for dinner I just eat some fruit or cereal. I actually eat too little! I'd love to be able to eat more, but things are not the same since my gallbladder was removed

    I eat about 3 to 5 times a day, but mostly I eat 5 times a day when I can afford the time and effort to do it. I like to eat smaller meals but just more frequently throughout the day, since I've been having a lot better luck with digestion doing that, and I feel like I gain a lot less weight than I would if I ate normally.

    Before I was working I used to eat twice a day. Breakfast at 9-10am and dinner at 6-7pm. Now I am working and have been working my body and mind then by lunch time (1pm) I am hungry, so three times a day these days. It really depends how much you actually use your mind and body, the more you use it the more energy you disperse and therefore need to refuel.
