The Kenshin OVA Trust and Betrayal makes me cry every time I watch it. I won't post spoilers but I start crying every time I watch it. If we're including movies, I'd also add Graveyard of Fireflies. That movie, the first time I watched it, had me in a ball on the couch looking like a puppy who'd been kicked. Great movie though, I really recommend seeing it if you haven't.

Granted it doesn't take a lot for an anime to make me cry , but some of the ones i've had a good little weep over are:

Angel Beats - this is just a much watch for everyone who likes anime, really touching story line, great soundtrack, absolutely great.
Kimi ga Nozomu Eien - solid story with a diverse selection of characters, well worth a watch
Kokoro Connect - great story line, can feel a tiny bit rushed at some points but a great anime if you are looking for some feels
Myself; Yourself - one of the less memorable anime out of the list, but still worth a place, nice ending with a lot of sad moments dotted throughout the series.
Toradora! - great comedy romance series with the sad moments really picking up towards the end, a lot of twists and turns in this one but it all comes together nicely in the end.

i can only think of these two that actually made me teared
    updating my own list..

adding Ano Hana (cos i just finish watching it)
damn pretty feel for the characters
especially how each of them trying to get honest with their feelings with each other
and dealing with their hidden selfish-ness for Menma
which is how similar as how i wanted to find long-lost friends to seek forgiveness over
the selfish/harsh words, actions and thoughts i had let loose due to my own childishness.
    a well balance, true-to-life BAWW-worthy anime

Looking through this thread reminds me that I need to go and watch some of these animes!!

The sad ones that I remember are Clannad, Toradora, Kotoura- San, and Angel Beats. I'm gonna go and watch Ano Hana soon.

I'll do a top 3 with this one.

-Fullmetal Alchemist. One word is all that's needed for that, Nina. I legitimately cried. A dark twisted tragedy was what it was!

-Elfin Lied which I actually regretted watching because honestly it was too gruesome depressing for me. It's not for the faint of heart, there's gore and even little kids get mutilated... I was pretty depressed when it was over.

-Higarashi which comes pretty close to Elfin Lied in terms of gore and darkness. I can say that at the end I didn't feel as bad though (maybe because I was numb from watching Elfin Lied).

Guilty crown, its the first anime I actually understand and able to relate to the story.
When Shu decided to suicide with Inori and took her blindness in order for Inori to see him for the one last time. Even though there are a lot of loopholes in the story, i really enjoyed it! The soundtrack itself really brings out the story line. Its first anime that i ever cried about.

Angel Beats made me cry. I haven't seen the other ones you listed but this one made me cry so much. I don't know if I can watch another anime that will make me cry .

    Grave of the Fireflies.
I forbid my mom from watching that because it is so depressing.
I had a friend who showed it to his mom and his mom hit him (non-abuse) because he showed her something so sad.

Full-metal alchemist for me. It had it's moments. Haven't seen most of the stuff listed here, but now I've got some material for me, so that's good.

I finished watching Ano Hana and I must say that it's a good one.

Even if it didn't make me cry that much, still I cried. XD

The progress of the story was great too as it did not only focus on one character.

I would definitely recommend this anime if you are for some drama. Good drama. With lesson. XD
