HI PEOPLE !!

There is an upcoming cosplay event in Singapore Polytechnic!
It will be held on 29 April 2009 and it will be the first cosplay event that SP will be holding.

Anyone is invited to join !!

Event: CULTURA (student exchange social event)

Cosplay Event

There are two days for cosplaying as shown below:

Cosplay Event Day: 29 April 2009
Venue: Outside the auditorium (Opp Dover MRT)
Time: 12pm to 5.30pm
Programmes: *to be done

The Roadshow event (Japanese Craze & the KoreaThai Extravaganza) is part of The Cultura teams effort to showcase the final Event. Therefore subcultures and such are very welcome, and thus this Cosplay Event.

Cultura Night: 3 July 2009


Cultura asically means Culturein Latin. Be forwarned the Culture in this case will be showcased from the current status quo rather than tradition. VIPs from the major Embassies, Korea, Japan and Thai will be coming



Cosplay Booths

Rental: $5 per hour (comfirmed)

SEC (Student Exchange Club) has paid for all sound systems and booth

Performance

Those who wish to perform in Cultura Night, Cultura Night Auditions Part 2 is coming out.
Look out for the posters in school !!

There will be lots of performances on the CULTURA night itself. Ambassidors and other schools are invited for this culture main event which will be held on the 3rd of july.

Those who are still studying in SP and is going to take part in this cosplay event pls give me your names and admin number so that you can get cca points for participation !! LOA might be given to participants and Those who come for this event, might be inducted into a National Youth Council Event Coming up late this year.

well, I think it's advisable to support our school's event yea.

probably it's the first time so it's bound to make certain mistakes so we'll be able to guide them through yea.
