Shipping Rates

Express Air (DHL) - Promotion: 1 st 500g - $9, Subsequent 500g - $5
Air - Promotion: 1 st 500g - $7, Subsequent 500g - $4
Sea - Promotion: 1 st 500g - $6, Subsequent 500g - $2.30

Normal Shipping Duration

Express Air (DHL) – 4-10 days
Air – 7-14days
Sea – 14-26 days (Super fast!!)

We try our best to ship your items within these time frames. At least 90 - 95% of our items arrive within those shipping time frames. (*Except peak periods like Chinese New Year, Christmas etc). Please allow additional time if you are ordering costumes as the seller would need to make the item before delivering it to us.

How to calculate item fee?

First Payment:
(Item price + kuai di 快递) / 4.7 x 1.1 (Tax) = Item Payment

Second Payment (before you collect your items) = Shipping Fee

How to collect my items?

Once items arrive, We’ll send a sms/email to you.

• By post (extra amount would need to be paid based on weight) – Registered or normal mail

• By Meet up at our CONVENIENCE only – at Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, Orchard, Dohby Ghaut, City Hall (on sat only) MRT

- Please know that meet up is only available for orders less than 3kg.
- Please do not be late for meet up. We’ll wait for (max.) 15 mins. If not, we’ll arrange another time or wait for you and an additional $1 is charged. (Sorry! time = money)

Terms and Conditions:
1. No payment = no order
2. Once I’ve ordered for you, no refund (unless the items is Out of Stock)
3. Once your orders have arrived, you would have 1 week to decide to send by post or meet up. Items would be kept up to 1 month with us. If you do not claim your items by 1 month, items would be sold.
4. No refund if you are not satisfied by your items. Please check the reviews for the item before buying.
5. Please do not go missing after ordering and making the first payment.
6. Please trust us. If not, we’ll not our personal information for you to see.
7. We’ll try our best to reply to you within 1 working day.

Can I buy food/cosmetics/liquid?
Vacuum packed non-meat food and Cosmetics can be shipped by special air and sea shipment.

Only small amount of liquid can be shipped by sea shipment.

Prohibited items:
Flammable/explosive products:
Perfumes, nail polish & polish removers, essential oil, hairsprays, compressed air, cigarette lighters, paint thinners & removers, printer toner cartridge, lithium battery, gasoline and products containing alcohol.

Drugs:
All forms of drugs, Chinese medicine and slimming products.

Controlled or prohibited products:
Animals, fruits and vegetables, seeds, unprocessed food/meat, (electric) cigarettes, tobacco products, alcohol products, arms and explosives, weapons, handcuffs, swords, toy guns, reproduction of copyright materials (books, CD, DVD, magazines), pornographic materials, and counterfeit/replica goods.

Others:
Perishable goods, items that may impose contamination to others, magnetic or radioactive materials, goods in powder form. For radio or communication devices which are not approved by IDA, they should be used for exports only.
