Terms & Conditions

1. Only orders with FULL payment will be taken in. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER.
2. No backing out once confirmed.
3. All payments done by IBANK/ATM transfer only. (meet-up payment only to my convenience)
4. Do not ship internationally.
5. Postage preferred, but meet-ups are available. Only from Mondays to Fridays, to my convenience.
6. Postage (normal/registered) to be paid by buyer.
7. No refunds/exchange once sold.
8. Refund/reject of items due to color difference will not be entertained. (refer FAQ)

ORDERING DETAILS

Need at least 3 wigs to start a batch, so grab your friends to join! It is possible to have more than a batch in a month. Please refer next post for details.

NOTE: I have much more colors to offer than the standard color chart below, but because they might not be available for all wig styles, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO ENQUIRE.

HOW TO ORDER
1) Email to [email protected] to quote and check availability. Sometimes factory don't accept orders for certain colors/length.
2) Email to [email protected] in the following format, with heading Wig/Accessory ORDER confirmed in the following format.
3) Unless identical order (same color, length and style), separate your orders. Do not lump them together then specify the details somewhere else.
4) Wait for my reply on payment transfer details (my a/c type and number), and transfer!
5) I'll confirm your order via email reply when payment is received. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER.

*Emails are generally replied within 48 hours.

1. Wigs are made of high quality Kanekaleon or heat-resistant fibres.
2. All quotations to be sent to [email protected]. PMs will not be entertained.
3. Provide sufficient no. of pictures during quotation (front, back, side), and state preferred length and color via email attachment.

4. Color mixing is only available if I initiate it and available.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1) How do I know the length of the wig, how to measure?
Measure from the center/middle of your head, in cm. Do not provide your measurements in terms of non-metric unit (e.g. inch).

2) Do you have character wigs?
Yes! Dependent on availability from supplier; please inquire via email. Examples: Vocaloid series, Macross F, KHR.

3) Can I mix colors, please?
Currently color-mixing is only available if I initiate it; my supplier is highly reluctant to do such orders because your mix might be less demanded/harder to sell away. There are basic mixed colors like blue-black mix available (:

4) Can I make special order based on my reference picture?
Yes, but it's dependent on the difficulty (e.g. style, color). And it will cost more, and you'll have to wait longer as well. Please inquire via email.

5) Do you accept orders outside of batching?
Yes! Quality and service will not be compromised, but there would be extra charge due to shipping costs. Please inquire via email.

6) How come 30 days passed and still no news?
- Shipping delayed
- You didn't pay up (no payment = no order)
- I fell sick/having exams (once in a while only)
- I'm out of the country! (I'll update it on the thread, and my mailbox will auto-reply about it)

7) I desperately need wig! Do you have instock?
Please refer to Instock.

8) I want refund! The color looks different.
Sorry, refund/rejection will not be entertained. I might have given advice, but the final decision is still made by you (the buyer) and the purchase is made on your judgement, not mine. Color from the picture(s) might differ due to lighting and other various reasons.
