    umm... got to say...

    T.T modifying costume big--> small is np..

    but... small-->big
    is almost impossible...

    you can check how much sleevage (umm the amt they left at the seams) is left.
    if there's enough, you can take the costume out by a couple of cm...

    but more than often, tailored costumes... the ppl will serge the seams really close... so not really a lot left...

    you could be lucky I guess...
    my PU jacket tailored in sg had quite large seams...

    Sell off the costume, quoting the actual measurements so someone of appropriate size for it can buy it?

    Anyhow, what kind of costume is it?
    Maybe if post a picture of it, can offer better advice like adding more cloth to make it bigger tho' am not a fan of such things unless you're talking about adding Gore or something to a Dress which can improve its look if done correctly.

    Ps : That's why I SWEAR by either making my own or getting a local tailor to make it for me. If the later fail, I can nag and nag and nag at her to modifying it to correct size....Darn! Should had done that to my previous tailor over my last Arwen Gown as she cut and sew it wrongly and ruined the beautiful Made-In-England & Expansive "Silk" Velvet!

    The odd thing is I asked for larger measurements like extra 5cm but it came back small again... I guess I might try local tailors to change the entire sleeves if I have to.

    Oh and the costume is Undertaker from Kuroshitsuji the inside wear is Crap literally... I will post the photo another time.
