think of these as an extended version of 3 word anime, but less inane things ok?

Winter has crept by. And yet the fields are white. A grey cloaked figure floats over the flatlands, periodically ringing the intricate white bell. Following close behind is a dog of sleek silver coat, and an intelligence beyond mortal men. The figure is called Snow, Snow E' Bell, he has set off to change the world, now he needs to change the size of his wallets
