I have what may be the first copy of Petal Fairy here in the states (I placed 2nd in the first official CFV event here in the USA) How rare is it in the rest of the world?

i dont think it's very rare.. i got 2 pieces alr. unless urs have a diff artwork? but i think all petal fairy shud be the same just my two cents worth.

but it is a card that u cant get in booster, only promo packs, so yeah.

That card is easy to get. In singapore, whenever you join a tourny, you'll get a promo pack. Each pack consists of a promo. And there are 6 diff kind of promos in that pack

-Mirubiru
-Giru
-Dragonic Executioner (?)
-Dragonic Knight
-Petal fairy
-Cup Bowler

I have all other than Petal fairy though.. Sadly.. She hates me
