last but not least is a full black tie, it has a zip at the back for easy adjustment. suitable for cosplay/schoolgirls look/casual wear. brand new never wear before.selling for $10. i literally scan this tie thus the neckpart is cut off, if not all you could see is black patches all over the place. as i've mention before it's a plain full black tie. ^^
